Liability for Links

With the verdict of May 12, 1998, the Hamburg County Court ruled that when a link is published, the publisher is also jointly responsible for the content of the linked site where applicable. According to the County Court, this can only be prevented if one distances one's self expressly from its content. WE have published links to other sites in the Internet on our sites.

The following applies to all these links: We expressly declare that we have no influence at all on the design and content of the linked sites. Therefore we hereby distance ourselves expressly from all the content of all linked sites on our homepage and do NOT accept this content as our own. This declaration applies to all links shown on our homepage and to all the content of the pages to which our visible banners, buttons and links lead.

For technical reasons alone, we cannot accept any guarantee for the correctness of the content of linked sites. The content of those sites is compiled by third party providers.
